HELPFUL INFORMATION AND RESOURCES
Medical Care: As a reminder, our HealthReach providers are still here for you! We are here by phone for new problems or usual care Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Call 704-663-1992, ext. 0 to schedule an appointment.
Medicine: Our pharmacy is still running! Please call our pharmacy line at 704-663-1992, ext. 1 to request refills. Try to call one week ahead of needing a refill.
Medicine Pick-Up: You can pick up your medicine at HealthReach on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am7pm. When you arrive at HealthReach to pick up your medicine, drive to the side of our building and follow instructions. We will bring your medicine to your car.
Health Care Supplies: If you need health care supplies or equipment to manage your health at home, please let us know. We may be able to provide free items such as thermometers, diabetic supplies, blood pressure monitors, and nebulizers.

To Receive Your Economic Stimulus Payment: If you have not filed a 2018 or 2019 tax return, you can use this link to submit banking or address information that will allow you to receive your economic stimulus payment. COVID-19 Help: Anytime you have COVID-19 questions or symptoms, you can call 1-877-490-6642 and speak to a live nurse. They are available every day, including weekends, from 7am until 11pm.
Hope 4NC Helpline: this is a new mental health resource to support North Carolinians throughout the COIVD-19 crisis. Call 1-855-587-3463 for support 24/7.
Childcare: Are you an essential worker in NC? Do you need child care? Call 1-888-600-1685 for local options. Financial assistance may be available.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping can increase your risk for severe illness due to COVID-19. For help quitting, visit www.quitlinenc.com or call 1-800-QUIT-NOW
Free Lunches & Other Meals: area school children can still receive free lunches, even though school is closed.
